Room/AV Setup
In order to create the optimum environment for John Boe's presentation, the following are some suggestions that will enhance the program. While we are flexible with our requirements and don't want to cause you any additional work, the quality of the presentation is directly related to the effectiveness of the room and A/V setup. Please contact us if there are any changes to the room and/or A/V setup as requested below.
Staging and Lighting Requirements
- If a podium is being used for introductions, set it back a few feet from the front of the stage so that John can walk in front of it.
- John moves around during his presentation. If the room has any spotlights in the ceiling, aim them for a general wash of the very front center 15 feet of the stage.
Audio and Visual Requirements
- Tie clip, wireless microphone.
- John uses a Program Guide as a handout during his presentation and therefore Does Not Need a Screen, Overhead Projector, PowerPoint Projector, Laptop Computer, or any other equipment.
